Dr. Conrad Bowden
Dr. Bowden is a registered psychologist with many years experience working
with children and families. He has a special interest in learning disabilities
and behavioural problems common in school age children. He utilizes psychological
testing in the diagnosis and remediation of academic achievement and social
adjustment challenges. As the parent of a child with a learning disability, he
appreciates the importance of clearly understanding the learning strengths and
weaknesses of children with different learning styles.

Sara Woodwark, MA
Sara has been working as a registered clinical counselor in private practice
for the past 12 years. She has extensive experience working with traumatized
adults and children. She trained as a visual artist prior to completing her
Masters of Arts degree in counseling psychology at UBC and will use art as a
medium if people wish. She has completed Levels one and two of the EMDR training
and particularly enjoys the strength based features of this approach. She enjoys
working with children and parents. She provides behavior management as well as
neurobiofeedback to individuals of all ages. Having a learning disabled son she
particularly likes working with similarly challenged children and their families.

Dr. Gail Krivel-Zacks
The University of British Columbia awarded Dr. Krivel-Zacks her doctorate
in Educational Psychology and Special Education. She has taught in elementary
schools and at UBC. As a district consultant, Dr. Krivel-Zacks has worked
with students who have behavioural or special needs. Dr. Krivel-Zacks has
focused her university teaching in the areas of learning difficulties and social
development. She has presented workshops on behavioural assessment, prosocial
development, and literacy at national and international conferences.
